Pastor Dustin Langley leads with a heart for people and a passion for seeing lives transformed through the word of God. Known for his genuine care, practical teaching, and vision to build a Christ-centered community, Pastor Dustin inspires others to grow in faith and live out God’s love in everyday life. He and his family are deeply committed to serving the Peninsula, "We believe that a true relationship with Jesus transforms lives, restores hope, and brings eternal purpose".

Robynn Langley wife of Senior Pastor Dustin Langley, is a vital part of the ministry at Peninsula Life Church. With a heart full of compassion and a gift for encouraging others to have an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, as she  is deeply sensitive to the Holy Spirit. She plays an active role in nurturing community and supporting individuals in their walk of faith. Together with Pastor Dustin, Robynn is dedicated to serving the Peninsula and helping others experience the life-changing love of Jesus.

Lorinda Willis is our Church Administrator, known for her passion, dedication, and heart for serving the church behind the scenes. She plays a vital role in helping the team stay organized, on track, and aligned with the church’s mission. With a strong sense of responsibility and care, Lorinda oversees administrative processes and helps the team remember to be mindful of the church’s finances, ensuring everything is handled with integrity and wisdom. Her commitment and attention to detail help support every ministry and keep the church running smoothly.

Stan Senchuk is our Worship Director who has been faithfully serving at the church for the past few years. He has a heart for leading people into meaningful worship and creating an atmosphere that points others to God. Stan is known for his consistency, dedication, and musical skill, and he plays electric guitar every Sunday as part of the worship team. His passion for worship and commitment to excellence continue to inspire the church community.

Margie Green serves on staff at Peninsula Life Church overseeing events, social media, and marketing, and she also co-leads the women’s ministry. From the very beginning, her heart has been to create spaces where people can grow in Christ and feel deeply connected to community. She is incredibly expectant for where God is leading PenLife and all He is doing through the church together.

Heidi Casavant is our Kids Ministry Director, passionate about creating a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where children can grow in their relationship with God. She is dedicated to teaching biblical values in engaging and age-appropriate ways, and she works closely with volunteers to ensure every child feels loved and supported. Heidi’s heart for children and families plays a vital role in building a strong foundation of faith for the next generation.

Jansel Murillo is our Church Production Director with a deep passion for creating meaningful and impactful visual experiences. He specializes in projects involving cameras, live production, and creative storytelling that enhance worship and ministry. Jansel is known for his dedication to excellence and his heart for using technology to support the message of the church. He served as the producer of “How Great Is Our God” (Bilingual Version) by PenLife Worship featuring Sayra Torres, a project that reflects his commitment to unity, creativity, and high-quality production.

Heidi Vegh serves as the Ministry Director, overseeing multiple ministries at Peninsula Life Church. With many years of ministry experience, she is passionate about helping people get connected and creating meaningful opportunities for them to serve and use their gifts. She is excited about the growth of Peninsula Life Church and loves helping others find community, get involved, and discover a place where they truly belong.

Diego and Melissa Toctaquiza serve as the Next Generation Directors with a shared calling to see the next generation encounter Jesus, know His voice, and live out their faith with confidence and purpose. Diego, a Gig Harbor native, carries a deep love for his community and a heart for building strong, Christ-centered leaders. Melissa, who is Cuban and grew up as a pastor’s kid, brings a lifelong foundation in ministry and a passion for discipleship shaped by both faith and family. Outside of ministry, they love spending time with their sons and modeling a life centered on Jesus at home. In addition to ministry, Melissa works in finance, bringing wisdom, excellence, and stewardship into every space she leads. Together, Diego and Melissa are committed to raising up the next generation to walk boldly in their God-given identity and to lead others to the feet of Jesus.
